With a chic pairing of charcoal leather and ticking stripe cotton, Mutts & Hounds’ new Leather Collection will ensure your dog looks very stylish whilst out and about, especially if this is paired with the matching collar (available to purchase separately).

Each leather & cotton lead is carefully cut and pieced together by expert leather workers here in the UK, then fully stitched for added strength and fitted with superior antiqued brass hardware. The Italian leather, chosen for its high quality, softens and darkens naturally with use forming a beautiful patina.

Care:
As with all leather products, please avoid prolonged exposure to water. To keep this beautiful collar in pristine condition, we recommend using a good quality leather protector or hide food before use to help maintain the natural properties of the collar.

Collars & Leads: Dry brush any dried dirt from the product then use a damp cloth to wipe away any remaining dirt. Use detergent on a damp cloth to gently sponge away any marks on the fabric part of the colla only. Do not machine wash. To care for your leather avoid getting it wet wherever possible, tissue dry and allow to dry naturally (do not use a radiator or heat source). Leather will naturally soften and darken with use. To care for the hardware avoid getting wet wherever possible and dry thoroughly with tissue if any part does come into contact with mud or water. Over time, due to the vigorous nature in which the collars and leads are used, hardware can loose its silver colouring. To keep leather in pristine condition, we recommend using a good quality leather protector or hide food before use to help maintain the natural properties of the leather. Please do not allow the leather to come into contact with chemicals from commercially available ‘spot on’ flea treatments as this could potentially cause damage. We recommend removing the collar whilst the treatment is in progress.

Please note: Due to the natural properties of the leather, there may be a slight variation in shade between these collars/leads. Mutts & Hounds endeavour to match colours as closely as possible.
