You may not place an order through this Website for Goods (being the items, products and services we sell) unless you agree to be bound by our Terms, our Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) and Privacy Policy.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders for Goods are accepted when you receive a confirmation e-mail to this effect. We are legally obliged to send you this confirmation and you may wish to print or save it for your future reference. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. We will send you a further e-mail to let you know that your order has been processed and dispatched by us. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use personal information.
PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but are exclusive of delivery charges. Our supply of Goods is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We try to ensure that all prices on display on the Website at www.thelovelylittletoyshop.co.uk are accurate. We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. However the correct price will always appear on the email that we send you when we have processed your order. Where Goods are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this and to suggest an alternative item similar to the one ordered or we may have to cancel your order. Where this is part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available Goods to you in the normal manner. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by debit or credit card.
DELIVERY:
We will work hard to meet the dates indicated on our Website for the delivery of your order; however these times are an estimate. If we become aware of any delay we will notify you. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
From time to time you may miss a delivery and be unable to make arrangements for its redelivery with our third party courier or mail service provider. We will happily resend packages that have been returned to us; however, you will be required to pay the additional postage incurred in our resending the package before we can resend it.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY:
You may cancel or return all or part of an order for un-personalised Goods from the date of your order up to 14 days after the date you receive the Goods. You can notify us that you wish to cancel by emailing us at info@thelovelylittletoyshop.co.uk quoting our order reference number and by setting out details of the Goods you wish to return along with the reason for return. In cancelling an order (or part of on an order) the Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of the date you notify us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any Goods for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you insure, track and appropriately repackage any Goods that you are returning to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit. All Goods returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If they are not we reserve the right to deduct an amount for damage and wear and tear up to the value of the Goods.
Refunds due will be made within 14 days of the receipt of your returned Goods. If you return Goods that were ordered by another person any refund due will be made to the person who placed the order. Please note, if you return all or part of your order for a refund or exchange (at your discretion) we will not refund the original shipping costs.

Faulty and incorrect Goods: We hope that you will be very happy with what you receive from us. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not correspond with your order please notify us at info@thelovelylittletoyshop.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange its return. Any faulty or incorrect Goods must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is provided. We do not offer substitutes for faulty or incorrect Goods.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to you for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to these Terms and Conditions, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our total liability to you for loss in connection with our supply of the Goods shall not exceed the price you have paid for the Goods. We do not accept any liability for indirect or consequential loss. No part of these terms is intended to constitute an exclusion of any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEE:
Whilst we describe and present our Goods accurately we do not warrant that they will meet your exact expectations. We will endeavour to answer any question you have about our Goods and the services we offer, but in ordering our Goods you are agreeing that you have satisfied yourself as to their suitability for your needs.
In relation to Goods, we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images that appear on our Website or in any proof. We cannot guarantee that your devices’ screen or any printer or other media will display any colour accurately.
